JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Deliver state of the art global Digital Commerce Solutions and Omnichannel services.

Highly Experienced in gathering business requirements, defining business process flows, system analysis, establishing requirements standards and business process modeling analysis.

Experience in translating business needs into technical and functional requirements stories.

Experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance relating to Web-based, SOA/Web Services, digital commerce, and mobile applications.

Complete understanding of Waterfall, Prototyping, Iterative and Agile Software Development Methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).

Organize joint development design sessions and joint requirement planning sessions, walkthroughs, interviews, and workshops with end-user/client/stakeholders along with the IT group.

Experience working with global development teams, supporting multiple regional working models.

Outstanding business writing skills in developing Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Non-functional Requirements Document, Use Cases Specifications, Software Requirements Specification (SRS).

Hands on experience in creating Activity Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams using modeling tools (Microsoft Visio/Miro).

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, consent, and privacy requirements.

Knowledge of eCommerce administration (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred), order processing, payment gateways, SSO capabilities and subscription models.

Familiar with Marketing Cloud and Digital Omnichannel solutions.

Familiar with Digital Marketing Analytics tools.

Highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsible for evaluating and designing, developing or modifying programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing.

Analyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems.

Develop system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.

Create ad hoc or bolt-on programs for integrations or functional business teams as needed.

Analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Works closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs.
