Manage projects focused on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of revenue recognition processes, aligning with relevant accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, IFRS 15)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Legal, IT) to identify and address revenue recognition challenges and maintain compliance
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities
Develop and implement Salesforce customizations, workflows, and automation to optimize sales and customer management processes
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and revenue recognition requirements
Monitor Salesforce adoption and usage, and recommend and implement enhancements to improve user experience and productivity
Analyze revenue data and Salesforce metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
Stay up to date with changes in revenue recognition standards, industry regulations, and Salesforce platform updates, and ensure the organization's compliance
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce and revenue recognition specialists, as applicable.
