Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of prior advance network support-related experience
3-5 years' experience in a financial services organization preferred
Certifications from CompTIA, Network+, A+, and a CCNA Collaboration
Knowledge of Microsoft's Active Directory and Network Domains6.
Experience working with Microsoft O365
Extensive knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony and Collaboration
