• Working knowledge in Python preferably / Java needed.
• Ingesting data into Thought spot using SQL, Python.
• Developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Production triaging skills. Knowledge of App dynamics, Kibana, Splunk, Remedy/Jira tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of supporting Mobile network architecture especially with device activations and other provisioning functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of 5G Nokia/Samsung infrastructure/APIs, eSim and Network activations and tools like G&D is a plus.
• Familiar with working on industry-standard Production Support/logging tools and experience in supporting trials and launches.
• Manage Comcast's triage of service tickets for customer reported issues.
• Provide guidance on causation and ticket routing to support the operations team.
• Evaluate the root cause of the reported issues.
o Review and evaluate logs and metrics related to the provisioning issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting reported tickets with provisioning system configuration and PSIM/eSIM activations.
