JOB DETAIL

  • Project Management:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
    • Evaluate existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Develop and present business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation in both Japanese and English.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in the [Your Industry] sector.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
