- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and present business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation in both Japanese and English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
