Salesforce Architect

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Salesforce Certified System Architect and/or Certified Application Architect credentials are required.
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform implementation and customization, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and guide team members.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Extensive understanding of data integration techniques and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to Salesforce implementations.
