• Experience with gathering/translating requirements for automation solutions/projects and RPA solutions/projects
• MUST HAVE RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience
• Process development w/ Visio, Lucidchart or similar
• Jira

• Healthcare experience; ideally with Healthcare payer/insurance experience; i.e. healthcare claims, membership process, enrollment or similar
• Applied Intelligence solutions & Business Process Automation
