JOB DETAIL

  • Designed and lead build of complex process management using Salesforce.
  • High proficiency in process design and data modelling
  • Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools - Flows, App builder, Experience sites, Omni channel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and visual force
  • Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud Org.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR Org configuration.
  • Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing cloud on Exact Target.
  • Experience with Complex data conversion modelling.
