•External Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.

•At least 5 years of leadership experience within cross-functional teams or programs.

•At least 8 years with insurance background required.

•Experience in Commercial lines platform/systems implementation of Duck Creek Policy is required

•3-6 years of experience on Duck Creek Policy Platform delivering insurance products and capabilities for multiple lines of business preferred.

•Expertise in assessing internal and external data needs to meet underwriting guidelines is required.

•At least 5-7 years of hands on experience in technology stack such as Microsoft.Net, Java, ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, XSLT etc.
