5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform and its applications.
Proficient in designing technical and business requirement documents.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps, FIGMA, VISIO, and MS Office products.
Excellent requirement elicitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to write basic SQL queries.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions is a plus.
Experience in training and mentoring junior Business Analysts is a plus.
