3 years of Network Administration and Infrastructure experience
Minimum 3-5 years experience Citrix XenApp 6.X / 7.X and Citrix XenDesktop 7
Minimum 3-5 years experience with engineering and administration of remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco and Juniper product lines
Minimum 2 year experience Citrix Access Gateway/Netscaler
Knowledge of relationship of each component of the farm including: network, storage, server, and database
Experience with DNS and DHCP
Thorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec, SSL VPNs and associated data security designs
Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Active Directory
Working knowledge of application deployment process and functional network troubleshooting
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance; provides support telephonically and/or electronically
Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems
Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
