Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures.
Apply SAP patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP modules and interfaces.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Document SAP configurations, procedures, and processes.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
