JOB DETAIL

  • Design and lead the build of complex process management systems using Salesforce.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and support large Salesforce Service Cloud organizations.
  • Develop and manage process designs and data models.
  • Utilize Salesforce build tools, including Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Provide thought leadership and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Integrate Salesforce applications with other cloud applications, following architectural best practices.
