Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python, PySpark, AWS, SQL, and Unix
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing
Oversee the integration of data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets
Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
Create and maintain detailed documentation of data processes and workflows
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics
Support the development and implementation of data governance policies
Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and tools
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Python, PySpark, AWS, SQL, and Unix
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Show proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Have experience with data governance and data quality management
- Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
