Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop data-driven solutions to support business objectives and enhance decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Utilize AWS, PySpark, and Python to develop and implement data models and analytics solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and standards.
Conduct data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and solutions.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence.
Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in AWS, PySpark, and Python.
- Have experience in SQL and Unix, which is considered a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing data models and analytics solutions.
- Have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
- Display a keen attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Be capable of creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
- Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
