Experience managing a VMware environment: Oversee and maintain the virtualized infrastructure using VMware technologies.
Experience in Monitor systems using SCOM: Utilize System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) to monitor and manage the IT environment.
Experience providing resolution to ServiceNow tickets: Respond to and resolve issues reported through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Experience deploying servers both on-premises and in Azure: Set up and manage servers in both local (on-premises) and cloud (Azure) environments.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows and Linux systems: Identify and resolve issues in both Windows and Linux operating systems and ensure their optimal performance.
Facilitate onsite support at Data Center: Experience providing physical support at the data center, including hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in Monitoring and supporting Isilon cluster: Oversee the Isilon storage cluster to ensure data availability and system performance.
Provide onsite troubleshooting of hardware for HPC cluster: Experience performing physical troubleshooting for the High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster hardware.
Maintain CMDB database: Experienced in keeping the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date, ensuring accurate information about IT assets is available.
Monitor and manage backup environment using Avamar: Experienced in utilizing Avamar to oversee and manage the backup environment, ensuring data protection and recovery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
