1. Minimum experience of 8 years with Salesforce Service Cloud
2. High proficiency in SFDC SC architecture
3. Must have practical experience in SFDC Org/Instance Sanitization (Apex Code, Configuration, Integration, Object etc)
4. Must have practical experience in doing Service Cloud Org Split.
5. Must have experience in doing object, Apex code and configuration roll back.
6. Deep functional experience in Case Management is a must.
7. Should have experience in doing instance inspections using Salesforce Schema.
8. Knowledgeable on SFDC configuration and customization best practices. 
9. Excellent hands on development skills
10. Relevant experience (Admin, SFDC SC Consultant)
