• Gather requirements from the business for P&C Guidewire PolicyCenter application.
• Support end-to-end QA activities including planning, data setup, execution, defect management, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
• Maintain Guidewire environments and perform daily health checks, coordinating with the triage team during downtimes.
• Perform conversion testing by coordinating with the ETL team.
• Coordinate with downstream counterparts.
• Manage customer relationships and offshore teams effectively.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Experience in end-to-end QA activities
• Ability to maintain and perform health checks on Guidewire environments
• Strong coordination skills with ETL and downstream teams
