Core Hours: 9-5 pm EST
Daily Responsibilities:
- Team of 8 Resources (Not Including Product Owner – there is also an Assistant Product Owner)
- Product Owner is responsible for the Road Map and Back Log
- This Resource would be responsible for : Adding More to User Stories and Splitting Up the Work to the Developers
- i.e We need an admin ticket, then a development ticket , we will do 2 sprints and here are the requirements
- This team is responsible for the Client Portal on BH Central (B2C Side of the House)
- Within BH Central they can see Email Campaigns, Get Promo Material , Reports on Usage, Etc./
- This team is also responsible for the Public Help Site that was just launched with Experience Cloud
- This position is replacing a BA but they also want a Scrum Master ( this person might be assisting on other teams as needed)
Other:
- Reporting Azure DevOps ADO ( this is not required as it is not common and can be taught by Jen or Erin( Scrum Master for all teams) but someone with reporting and dashboard experience of any kind is useful to have.
