The ideal candidate would have experience on data conversion projects; has been a hands-on project team member, and have experience as a functional resource, including experience researching processing requirements between systems -- both upstream and downstream. Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.
- Coordinate cross team analysis of existing application, destination application and ETL.
- Identify user and system requirements and document user stories for SCRUM development.
- Identify root cause of data problems and recommend solutions.
- Identify process or project risk and suggest mitigation.
- Work with outside vendors and contractors to facilitate service delivery.
- Lead and coordinate change management process in SCRUM.
Preferred requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification(s).
- Functional experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Payroll.
- Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies.
