• Experience with SQL and Tableau
• Proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, and other BI software
• Experience with Snowflake, Palantir, Databricks (a plus)
• Ability to create macros linking databases to PowerPoint and Excel files
• Strong analytical skills to convert consumer insights and performance data into high-impact product initiatives
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems) or equivalent experience
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting
• Experience in high tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired
• Proven ability to lead initiatives without direct managerial control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education in engineering, economics, math, science, or MBA
• Analytics or consulting background
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Experience with executive storytelling and presentations
