• Lead the planning, execution, and management of the JD Edwards 9.2 upgrade project in partnership with the PMO.

• Collaborate with a systems integrator to align upgrade strategies and ensure project goals are met.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business needs

• Provide expert consulting on the configuration, setup, standards, utilization, and optimization of the JD Edwards system.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all functional aspects of the upgrade, liaising between the business and technical teams.

• Oversee testing activities in partnership with  IT QA, including the creation of test scripts, coordination of user testing, and resolution of issues.

• Facilitate training and support for end-users on new system features and functionalities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JD Edwards capabilities and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
