Responsible for the creation of application data architect standards and processes, including data, master data, and metadata
Responsible for the creation of data standards, processes, governance, and change control
Responsible for unifying the data architecture used within all applications and identifying appropriate systems of record, reference, and management
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture peers, IT staff and business partners to design and oversee activities related to solution architecture future states – including reference architectures, guiding principles, support models and security compliance
Identify opportunities spanning data models and metadata across product lines and/or services
Identify data elements of the enterprise technical architecture (ETA) which may impede projects and advise portfolio owners on mitigation and/or advocate for ETA changes
Participate in developing actionable roadmaps for the evolution of Teradata application portfolio solutions from current state to future state and provide technical oversight during execution of the plan
At least one project experience on Migration experience from legacy warehouse to Teradata
Interact with customers and their business users to gather requirements to develop and to clarify program objectives for their Teradata Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence
Create technical solution design documentation based on the customer requirements and develop specific program/code to satisfy the business needs
Create processes based on Teradata Solution Methodology (TSM) and standards for implementing the Teradata database and ETL/ ELT architecture accordingly
Create Mapping design documents from source to logical and logical to physical model
Worked on mapping source systems with PDM (Physical data model)
Analysis and design of ETL process flow documentation and Technical Specification documentation
Creating high level design documents for individual mapping customization
Performed activities like Create Tables, Views, macros, Stored Procedures
