- Analyze and optimize the CRM database schema for improved performance and data integrity.
- Develop and implement PL/SQL procedures to automate data cleansing, transformation, and reporting tasks.
- Write shell scripts to automate administrative tasks and data extraction processes.
- Establish a code repository using a version control system (e.g., Git) to track changes and ensure code quality.
- Conduct code reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive data dictionary/catalog to document the database structure and content.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand fundraising data needs and develop solutions.


Qualifications: 
- Proven experience as an Oracle Developer/Analyst with a strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- Solid experience with PL/SQL programming and the ability to develop efficient and maintainable code.
- Experience with shell scripting on Unix platform
- Familiarity with data migration concepts and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
