·         Manage and deliver complex IT project(s) with multiple teams and work streams coordinated to an aggressive delivery schedule.

·         Responsible for the outcome of the assigned projects.

·         Leads the team through the Commonwealth Standard for Project Management for successful completion of the project phases: Preselect, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closeout.

·         Manage projects consisting of Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or IT Infrastructure components (Servers, storage, OS upgrades, networking, software installs, vulnerability remediation, etc.)

Knowledge and Abilities:

·         Knowledge of Cloud implementations, and vendor management.

·         Familiarity with network technologies (switches, firewalls, circuits, etc.) standards and practices.

·         Experience in various software development methodologies.

Required Skills:

·         7 Years - Candidate MUST have PMP certification through PMI or PM certification from Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA).

·         7 Years - Preferred experience with Agile.

·         7 Years - A minimum of 7 years of project experience in IT Infrastructure, Identity Access Management, Risk Management, SIEM, Software as a Service (SaaS)

·         7 Years - Experience managing large multi-stream and complex projects for successful completion of all project phases
