• Heavy emphasis on backend
• 80/20 backend to frontend
• More of a lead/architect level
• Good communication & documentation capabilities
• Ability to mentor other people
• At least 8+ years’ experience
• Doesn’t need someone who has necessarily had the architect title – but need a very senior developer/lead developer
• Would consider someone with AWS but will prioritize people with Azure

• API development (Spring boot, Apollo, GraphQL, Node)
• Azure Cloud
• Kubernetes (AKS, ACA)
• Github, Github actions for deployment & version control
