• Install and configure operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers.
• Deploy and manage Cisco layer 2 networking equipment.
• Perform data center management, including virtualization and networking tasks.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure quality assurance of server hardware.
• Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble tickets.
• Support and maintain infrastructure related to GPU/CPU.
• Conduct basic lab administration and handle hands-on lab activities.
• Manage Gitlab tickets and asset management.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in MVS System Administration and RedHat Linux.
• Strong experience in operating system installation (Windows Server, Linux, Unix).
• In-depth knowledge of data center operations, virtualization, and networking.
• Understanding of GPU/CPU infrastructure and Linux scripting.
• Experience with cabling, port mapping, and understanding different cable types.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills and logical problem resolution methods.
• Ability to rack, cable, and deploy Cisco layer 2 networking equipment.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and team player attitude.
