We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer. The successful candidate will be joining a team in the telecom industry, focusing on building and optimizing data models, designing data warehouse solutions, and maintaining data integrations and ETL processes. Responsibilities: Build and optimize data models for performance and efficiency Design data warehouse solutions for storing and accessing large volumes of structured and unstructured data Develop and maintain data integrations and ETL processes to support data-driven applications and analytics Implement data quality and validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency Collaborate with the business intelligence team and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics Use SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS SSRS, Microsoft SSRS, Data Warehousing, Data lakes, and Microsoft Power BI for various tasks and projects. Requirements Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Data Engineer or similar role
Has a deep understanding and practical experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies
Demonstrates a strong capability to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents
Has experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, SSIS SSRS, and Microsoft SSRS
Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Data Warehousing, Azure Data Lake, Data lakes, and Microsoft Power BI
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
Has experience working with data architecture
Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Demonstrates strong project management and organizational skills
Shows the ability to navigate complex data structures and optimize performance
Has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. Advanced degree is a plus.
