• Competency in supporting installation, configuration, SSO integration with PingFederate / PingAccess (must have) and PingDirectory [nice to have  ]
• Hands on experience navigating Linux, Unix systems.
• Automation experience using Ansible/Python/Shell Scripts
• Experience with Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management
• Understanding of load balancing, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Basic understanding of certificates, SSL handshakes, encryption.
