Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, engineers, business practitioners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Formatting and organizing SOPs according to organizational standards.
Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all SOPs.
Maintenance of the document repository and ongoing updates to documents and artifacts.
Organization of technical content in a logical and coherent manner for easy accessibility and understanding by stakeholders managing ongoing updates to document styles, formats, or information based on feedback on stakeholder usability
Compliance checks to ensure adherence to standards and accuracy of the information.
Define procedures for handling changes to SOPs and other technical documentation.
Writes a variety of standard operating procedures, technical job aids, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses including but not limited to:
Procedure documentation for frontline staff which incorporates systems and policy considerations, steps, and decisions
Procedure documentation for consumption by a Large Language Model which would provide users with quick access to relevant procedures in specific situations
Procedure documentation for consumption of IT teams to assist in functional design that meets business process needs
Coordinates the display of graphics and the production of the document.
Uses principles of user centered design and user centered testing to ensure standard operating procedures are understandable, usable, and helpful
Ensures content is of high quality and conforms to standards.
Maintenance of documentation to ensure it stays up to date when policy, systems, or rules change.
