•    Previous Capital One experience will be given preference and his highly preferred
•    Data Visualization – Tableau or Quicksight would be nice to have
•    2-3 years in Data Analysts roles (preferably at Capital One)
•    HR experience more important than Finance (if they had to pick an industry/background)

o    SQL (filtering, aggregations) - warehousing
o    strong communication skills (written & oral)
o    interacting w/ other team members and business partners who may not be as data fluent who rely on analysis for root cause & problem solving
