o    2+ years targeted account design experience, Agency experience a huge plus. 
o    Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite 
o    Knowledge of Figma is a plus, but not required 
o    A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of targeted marketing and direct lead generation 
o    Strong eye for typography and layout 
o    Solid digital design awareness 
o    Comfort working both independently and as part of a team 
o    Desire to continue learning and willingness to embrace new skill sets 
o    Intermediate illustration skills
