• Proven experience as an IAM Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or similar.
• Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).

Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
