- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Experience leading product-based delivery teams of varying size and complexity, including in a scaled Agile organization.
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Certification as scrum master or higher. Scaled Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar degree.
