Talent should be having min 8+ experience in UI areas. 
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6) programming and PHP. 
Strong JavaScript concepts and PHP are prerequisites for talent - exposure in Asynchronous programming, API integrations and logics. 
Any UI Framework experience will be preferred e.g. React.js - Component and module architecture, Data sharing methods, Routing and Route guards, Dependency injection, Build configurations, RxJS. State management in case of React JS.
Talent should be well versed in frontend development techniques - Redux, Rematch, React hooks, webpack, babel, npm, WebSocket, Vega, HTML, CSS etc. Responsive Designing Strategies.
