Customer and Product Experience a plus, with Commercial Bank Experience in Treasury Management, preferred (Commercial Card, Payments, New to Bank Customer Onboarding)
Develop detailed project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, and execution approach.
Create timelines, understand scope, risk, and dependencies, and track them.
Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
Knowledge of industry risks and regulations/compliance/controls
Builds credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization, such as vendors.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of varying levels in the org
Knowledge of both waterfall and agile processes and tools (ex., Jira, MS Project)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
Ability to meet deadlines, schedules, and budgeted costs.
