Solution Architect

Proven experience in designing and delivering highly scalable frontends
Evaluate and recommend the right frameworks and tools for a given problem.
Strong expertise in frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or similar Technologies.
Should have an eye for design and attention to detail
Ensure code quality by continuous evangelization, code reviews, and adopting the right tools.
Mentor and build a strong engineering team
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Experience in Bootstrap framework.
Experience with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a PLUS
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, YARN etc
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools GIT.
Experience in IDE such as VS code.
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a PLUS
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
