1. Strong experience in leading the team, providing architecture/design recommendations & guidance to team
2. Technical Skills:
   1. Primary Informatica MDM. Hub Configuration, IDD Configuration, Provisioning Tool configuration. Good knowledge on Oracle SQL, PL/SQL is a must.
   2. Secondary skill: Informatica PowerCenter. Good working knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter desired.
3. Very good in communication & articulation
4. Domain Experience : Pharma/Healthcare (HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Contacts)

Work with external vendors, external team and understand the requirement & prepare high level design
