- Minimum 3+ years experienced Cassandra DBA to manage and maintain mission-critical Cassandra database clusters. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Cassandra database administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and cluster scaling.

- Scripting abilities in languages like Python, Bash, etc. to automate routine DBA tasks

- Hands-on experience with Cassandra tools (nodetool, cqlsh, OpsCenter)

Plusses:

- Experience with streaming/messaging systems (Apache Kafka)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and container technologies (AWS cloud or Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) experience helps)

- Knowledge of complementary data stores (Redis)

- Experience is Mongo database

Day to Day/Project:
