- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

- Minimum of five (5) years of Software Quality Assurance (SW QA) experience.

- Experience with Open/Closed Payment Transit Systems (e.g., TVM, TOM, ATM, Contactless devices, Smart cards) is highly desired.

- Familiarity with transit devices and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

- Proficiency in Web and Mobile Application Testing.

- Understanding of Agile processes and the waterfall model.

- Experience with API testing using Postman/Swagger.

- Knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, JAMA, TFS, Oracle, SQL, UNIX, Angular services, and Jasper Reports.

- Experience in collaborating with software development teams to enhance software quality.

- Ability to work with production support teams to verify, validate, and resolve production issues.

- Proficiency in Software Installation on devices.

Good to Have Skills:

- API automation using Apache Karate/Rest Assured or similar tools.

- UI Automation using Selenium and BDD or similar frameworks.

Additional Requirements:

- UNIX and SQL experience is mandatory.

- Candidates must be local to New Jersey.
