JOB DETAIL

•             Analyze and understand business requirements related to payroll processing.

•             Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to payroll systems.

•             Serve as the payroll system subject matter expert within IT projects.

•             Lead small to medium IT projects, from requirement gathering to implementation.

•             Coordinate and guide multiple teams through pay cycle QA testing.

•             Write payroll test scenarios/scripts.

•             Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business needs.

•             Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

•             Ensure data integrity and security in all payroll-related systems.

Required Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•             3+ years of experience in IT support or business analysis, with a focus on payroll systems.

•             Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•             Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.

•             Familiarity with database management and SQL.

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

•             Prior developer experience with ADP Enterprise HR v5 or v6.

•             Familiarity with the underlying database structure of ADP Enterprise HR.

Preferred Qualifications:

•             Familiarity with ADP AutoSys.

•             Familiarity with SQL writing, testing, and execution.

•             Knowledge of payroll processing systems and related software.

•             Experience with system migrations and process improvements.

•             Experience with MS Access.

•             Experience with Linux script writing/scheduling.
