Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; preferably possess a management degree in digital marketing.
10 + years of relevant IT experience and 8+ years of experience as BA/ Product Owner.
3 + years’ experience in content management, digital commerce, and/or mobile app implementation programs.
Deep experience with requirement analysis, and conceptual/logical solutioning.
Functional understanding of customer journey and should be able to define a new journey or provide alternate journey.
Understanding of technology blocks of digital marketing ecosystem.
Understanding of the SDLC and digital program execution formalities and experience with Agile methodology.
Experience in any ecommerce products like Hybris, commercetools, or Magento and CMS products like Contentstack, AEM, etc. and experience in headless and headful implementations
