JOB DETAIL

  • At least 10 years of experience on SAP CRM Technical with Trade promotion management & Customer Business Planning
  • Expedience on Claims & Settlement processes
  • Should have knowledge in customizing and configuring the Basic functions like Organizational data determination, Partner processing & status profiles
  • Good Exposure in CRM modules Sales, Marketing and Middleware
  • Hands on experience in CRM WEB UI & UI5
  • Knowledge of Middleware settings in CRM and R/3 for data exchange.
  • Familiar with CRM Web UI enhancements on TPM Project
  • Hands on Components Enhancement in component work bench for TPM.
  • Hands on creating data dictionary object.
  • Exposure on function module development & class development
  • Hands on ABAP report developments
  • Debugging skills on Reports, Function modules, Background Jobs
  • Debugging skills on Inbound (SMQ2), outbound (SMQ1) and Bdocs
