• 12+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP consultant and 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience including implementation experience • At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S/4HANA Implementation / conversion experience • Proficient with Traditional ABAP WRICEFs • Experience in EDI design, development, and implementation, mapping and testing with a knowledge on Business Process and B2B Mapping • Experience working with CDS, Adobe Forms, RF screen Programming, CDS views, APIs. • Mandatory skills: SAP ABAP, API Development, BODS
Prerequisite:
• Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. • From the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. • Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package. • Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements. • Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies. • Ability to engage with client stakeholders and project team members both onsite and offshore. • Very strong communication skills, ability to co-ordinate with project team and work independently • Team player with ability to collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teams (could be from different implementation partners) • Strong understanding of Sprints and project deliverables.
