ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certification
ServiceNow HAM or SAM Implementation Specialist Certification and/or 5+ years of ServiceNow ITAM Development and Administration experience
2+ years of CSDM/CMDB development and management
2+ years of discovery with custom patterns and system administration
1+ years of integrations (VMWare, SCCM, SAP)
2+ years of experience with Asset Management development
Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows etc.
Experience with User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
