Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other related technologies.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Preferred experience in manufacturing/retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Prosci or similar change management certification is preferred.
