• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

• Map, analyse, identify and document fit gap of business processes to standard system functionality. • Collaborate with the CPQ Architect to provide input on solution design.

• Coordinate and manage UAT, ensuring the solution meets business requirements.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and training materials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business analysis with 2+ years in CPQ projects

• Familiarity with Hansen CPQ and related CRM/ERP systems.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar is a plus.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
