·        Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to support our sales, marketing, and services teams.

·        System Tuning: Identify and implement tuning opportunities to enhance system performance, including query optimization, data model improvements, and code refactoring.

·        Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring high availability and reliability.

·        Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, fostering best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

·        Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.

·        Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

·        Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable.

·        Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong track record of optimizing and tuning Salesforce applications.

·        In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

·        Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.

·        Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and service business processes.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and performance.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
