Required Qualifications:
Possess at least 5 years of practical experience in driving operational excellence through process improvement, as well as leading Kaizen events; preferably within the financial services industry supporting a performance-driven, sales organization.
Six Sigma Lean Green or Black Belt Certification
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft O365 Excel (Power Query) Power Platform Applications (Power Automate, Power BI) and Visio
Creating workflow maps
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Resourceful with a strong sense of project ownership
