- Working with business to gather and document requirements for reports or data related work.
- Data mapping from one source to another
- Managing backlogs, writing stories, leading scrum events like daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning etc.
- Experience with agile tools like Jira a must. Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a big plus.
- Ability to communicate with the technical team and business.
- Able to lead small projects. That is come up with project plan and lead cross functional team to complete the project.
- Has to be super organized.
- Has to be proactive and have a leader mindset.
- Working knowledge of data systems like Databricks, ETL etc. is a major plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
